Pricing
prices for products are described by us. If you send any query or reach us by email or call are all incorporated into these terms by reference. Prices, products and services may change at www.info@indiancraftscompany.com
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Exclusive Items
Our Crafter Select dies are exclusively available on www.carnationcrafts.co.uk for a period of at least 3 months from launch. Any products showing the Exclusive badge can’t be found anywhere else.
Payment and Delivery
The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or up to the order is shipped. We will refund the order to the card or PayPal account used to originally pay for the order. Once an order has been shipped, any cancellation will be treated as a return.
Returns can be made within 12 days of the shipment date. Returns are free for faulty items or orders that have been dispatched incorrectly – other return charges will be at your expense. Please include the order highlighting the items you are returning with a covering letter. Returns made after 12 days may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, in our discretion, we accept a late return then we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the return. Before returning any item please contact the office via our email customerservices@indiancrafts.com to discuss the best method of return. All returns that are due to a change of mind must be in original undamaged packaging ready for re sell.
